I look forward to hearing from PR companies about designers, brands and products which are relevant to my blog regarding reviews and press trips. I also have some experience in styling for video shoots and have worked as assistant stylist under Katie Antoniou on Gabby Young and Other Animals‘ video for ‘Ask You A Question‘ as well as on the film ‘Enchanting Rupert’ by Play On Films. I have worked with Vintage Secret in organising vintage events and have contributed to the Vintage Secret blog. I have also contributed to Amelia’s Magazine.
For me, writing a review, an opinion piece, an article and styling a film set or cast are all a vehicle for storytelling. I write only about things that truly interest me and excite me. I have a love affair with all things dramatic, be it clothes, music, food or entertainment. I am especially passionate about fashion and am inspired by the likes of Gabby Young, the designs of Inbar Spektor, Lako Bukia and Jeff Garner and of course the amazing Dame Vivienne Westwood. An avid fan of 1920′s to 1970′s vintage, I’m always on the lookout for vintage stores in London and beautiful pieces to add to my collection. I cover ethical fashion, vintage and vintage inspired fashion, dramatic fashion, high-end fashion and costume design. I also feature music on my blog; mostly retro, jazz inspired and alternative music from independent artists. Coffee is my drug of choice and one I’m incredibly fussy about and I’m always in search of the perfect espresso and the perfect flat-white. You’ll often find independent coffee shop reviews on the blog.
